I got my work pants on

Tomorrow morning first day of work at the Youth Services Bureau,thanks to my amazing professor I was personally chosen to work there. I am grateful because normally it would take at least two years of experience to get a foot in the door.

I am a little nervous of course but I am also very excited. My day starts with a staff meeting, which is perfect because I can meet everyone that I will be working with and hopefully I can meet some of our clients during the day.

I’d like to do some 12 hour shift work for the experience but I think I’ll be doing 8 hour days mostly, no complaints thought, I’m just happy I get to work with the agency I chose from the start.
