bullets… quick (pics, even)

• joaquin turned 4 months old today
• at his 4-month check-up he weighed in at 15 lbs 9.5 oz, and is in the 55th percentile
• he’s 26 inches long, which puts him in the 88th percentile (still long n skinny!)
• he’s wearing 6- and 9-month old onesies.   WTF?
• our crazy baby is STILL in sleep regression  (2+ weeks now.  GAHHHHH)
• missing sleep really, really bad
• just had a two hour massage/acupuncture session 
• it really helped
• christmas with the ‘quin was awesome town
• i love him so much it makes my face hurt
• he’s currently nap-dodging but is being such a cute flirt i can barely be irritated
• aaron and i saw les miserables yesterday, in the theater across the street
• LOVED it
• so grateful to have a MIL that is awesome with ‘quin and also good at insisting we have a date night
• i also ran 5 miles yesterday – the most since .. maybe i was 6 months pregnant?
• i have 7 lbs left to lose to get to pre-baby weight
• 9 lbs left to get to goal weight, but whatevs.
• aaron is currently getting massaged/needled so i need to hurry up because when he’s done, we EAT
• but i want to remember how happy i am in this moment

joaquin is a spoiled baby!  i was overwhelmed with the amount of gifts he received.   it was prety awesome, and he even (kind of) enjoyed "opening" them.   i especially love the monkey rocker in this picture.   it says 9 months – 3 years on it, but i have a sneaking suspicion he might be on it sooner than that…
