The sun is shining today – it’s nice to see. It’s still very cold  out though. This week we had the coldest March day since 1986 or so I read.  All I know, it was bloody cold! Doing the school run, couldn’t feel my face, hands or feet!  While it’s been so cold my head was telling me to get out there and do a good bracing walk, but then the body was unwilling, and instead put on a few extra layers and did the housework instead.  Still don’t feel like I have the energy I should have, so while keeping on top of the house work I’ve also been watching more tv (while ironing) and dvd’s. Mind you I never get to watch my choice of programme in the evening so it’s just as well I can catch up during the day. Plus it makes the ironing more bareable!

I have missed not going on on work calls during the week. It does break the monotony of the day, but we still haven’t had any new clients come forward so things will stay like this until we do.  But sometimes being at home on your own – with your own thoughts is not a good thing, and I admit I have been feeling pretty low. A lot of things are all building up and I hate the feeling. I remember the thoughts from once before and if I’m not careful I will explode, so I’m trying my best to think calm thoughts.

Hubby has been spending most evenings in the shed still – he was there most of sunday which is what really annoyed me. We could have done something or gone somewhere, but no – he would rather spend time fiddling with his beloved motor bike. Shame he doesn’t spend as much time or attention on me. My feeble attempt at suduction even failed cus he would rather watch a football match. Does wonders for my already dented self esteem.

We had my daughter’s parents evening at school on monday – it went very well actually. The teacher has given us a few tips that she thinks may help us to help her with her reading and writing, although the teacher does still describe her as the bounciest person in the classroom. But considering she is one of the youngest, the teacher is pretty happy with what she is doing, so it’s all good. My eldest lad has been getting A’s and B’s in his controlled assesments (work towards his GSCE’s) and even my younger son has been getting good marks in the mock exam papers he has been working through – thank goodness the kids have their father’s brain lol

Right have to go, school run time again – where has the day gone, for that matter this week! Can’t believe it’s nearly Easter already.

At the moment I feel as though I wouldn’t if he was tinkering at something, it’s the hours spent lying on the bed listening to the radio and reading twitter! X

THat man better start paying attention to his sexy wife! 😉

I use to iron, but we quit buying things that have to be ironed. Really the only things left to iron are the curtains down in the bedroom. When they are washed they have to be ironed and startched before they are put back up. The same for the bedskirt. It takes me two days to get them done. They are so time consuming and I don’t do it as often as I should becaus of it.

Not being able to seduce my guy makes me feel awful. I wonder if guys get so bent out of shape when they get turned down.
