im in pain

Hi ,

On Sunday I woke up with this really bad pain in my back and it hasn’t gone away yet – I have tried ibuprofin hot showers an ice pack and asprin and nothing seems to be working – I hope this pain will go away soon cause it’s hard to sleep and work with my back pain.

my wife and I seem to be doing better , we have not been fighting at all and we are enjoying our time together which makes me happy !!

Rj is being a pain latly – he seems to think it is ok to throw toys at his sister , she keeps telling us he is throwing toys at her and we keep putting him in timeout but he always goes back to throwing toys at her after awhile .
