we used to get together after school and listen to classical records / he used to tell me that i listened for the recording / he listened for the performance…

his mom was an art teacher in another town / his dad worked at MIT / his dad had white hair and was much older than his mom…

i went to his wedding years later / his bride was a voice major / her voice could bring tears to your eyes / Conrad went on to work at a company making fine woodwind instruments…
