Trying to keep up.

Hi Folks.
Things are ok at the moment.   Lee is doing really well with his rehab and artificial leg. He’s been about on two legs and just a walking stick , which he describes as feeling “very weird”! He is due to try stairs and walking outside the gym area on Monday so he’s obviously making good progress.
The girls are doing OK too, life just chugs along for them at the moment. School holidays are on at the moment so Paula has all 3 kinds to contend with…so far she’s kept her hair!
Plan was a day at the seaside for the family tomorrow but the weather forecast seems to have put a damper on that unfortunately. Next weekend I have a Triumph Owners club outing at a garden show for “Help for Heroes”, which is a cause I will always support. I’ve also just received my tickets for Triumph’s 20th birthday bash at Mallory Park in September, which I am really looking forward to. Between those I have my 16 Squadron RAF Reunion at the end of August. This year we’re meeting in Herne Bay, in Kent. Hopefully the next one , in 2 years time, will be back at RAF Laarbruch in Germany where we were stationed .
OK, I guess I better show you a few pics of our new abode. Depending on the size they may go on to the next entry as well!

Front door is in that gap, window is to the kitchen and yes, it is a double garage!

Bit further along the front facade. Nice patio/BBQ area and the chimnea works lovely! And that is a grape vine growing over the top!

One of the ponds. We have at least one frog in this one.

And this is the rest of the front garden.

The drive, second pond, and Paula’s car!

I’ll put some more on another entry as this is getting a little unwieldy.
