We don’t do proms over here.

No, she tried to get in touch once, but I’d just got married so ignored it.

Sherry, when I was very young.

Part-time as a sales assistant in a gent’s clothes shop, full time as a warehouseman for a subsidiary of Decca records.

5. What was your FIRST car?
Ford MkII Cortina 1300

6. Who was the FIRST person to text you today?
No-one so far.

7. Who is the FIRST person you talked to this morning?
Dawn (Wife)

8. Who was your FIRST grade teacher?
Mrs Nolan.

9. Where did you go on your FIRST ride on an airplane?
Isle of Man

10. Who was your FIRST best friend & do you still talk?
Michael McGivern. He disappeared about 25 years ago. Even his parents don’t know what happened to him.

11. Where was your FIRST sleep over?
I really have no idea.

12. Who was your first kiss with?
Nula O’Neill , aged 5.

13. Whose wedding were you in the FIRST time?
My auntie (Mum’s sister). Real cute page boy, blond hair, white satin shirt with a frill and bow tie, and bright blue sateen trousers. Again I was about 5 or 6.

14. What was the FIRST thing you did this morning?
Fussed the cat, Clyde. Hard not to when he is rubbing his face into yours!

15. What was the FIRST concert you ever went to?
Electric Light Orchestra, 1973.

My ear at about 21

Disney’s Snow White.

18. When was your FIRST detention?
Had so many I cannot remember! LOL.

19. Where was your first vacation you can remember?
Great Yarmouth in the ‘60’s.

20. Who was your FIRST roommate?
Had 3, RAF accommodation, can’t remember their names now.

21. If you had one wish, what would it be?
World peace, clichéd, but I really am sick of wars and the unnecessary deaths of our troops.

22. What is something you would learn if you had the chance?
To play an instrument.

23. Did you marry the FIRST person to ask for your hand in marriage?
Nobody ever asked me! But no, I was engaged twice before I married Dawn.

24. What was the first sport that you were involved in?
Football, played for my first school at 9 yrs old.

25. What were the first lessons you ever took?
Outside school, probably Judo. Lasted 3 weeks before I fell awkwardly and injured my knee. That was that!

26. What is the first thing you do when you get home?
Make a cup of tea.

27. Who do you think will be the next person to post this?
You.

28. Do you have a secret crush on anyone of your facebook/OD friends?
If I told you it wouldn’t be a secret, now, would it?
