Five minutes ago, I received a call from my mother that my grandfather had passed away. 20 minutes ago, the body that once housed my grandfather, Fredric Bruce Williams, ceased to live.

I love you granddaddy and I will miss you for the rest of my life. I truly wish that I could’ve done something to ease the pain you endured for the past 18 months and that I could’ve taken you out geocaching with me. I think that you would have like the hunt. I also wish that I could’ve taken you out and about in the truck for a spin around the country. Although you had been just about everywhere already, the experience of riding around the United States in a truck is a sight to behold.
