Weight:
– 175, 34% body fat (no change)

Food/Snacking:
– I only had 1 snacks at work today,
– keeping up with the food journal

Exercise:
– none. But I did choose to stand periodically when I could have sat.

Yesterdays goals met?
– yes!

Issues:
– I forget until I wake up the morning about doing this
– i baked pumpkin chocolate chip muffins, I want to eat them all

Successes: (at least, I think so)

– I”ll have made it to Friday, and have somewhat managed to keep up with this.

Goals :
Food: Have no more than 2 delicious delicious servings of candy treats at work tomorrow
Food: Have no more than 2 pumpkin chocolate chip muffins (and bring the rest two work!) tomorrow
Exercise: For saturday. Take the advice and try and go every day (or at least do something active) every day for 2 weeks. or find something to pay for that will get me doing something once a week…
