Food/Snacking:
– I only had 3 snacks at work today,
– keeping up with the food journal
– felt like yesterday was a bad food day, i don’t know why
Exercise:
– none. *sigh*
Yesterdays goals met?
– nope..

Goals For Tomorrow:
Food: Have no more than 2 delicious delicious servings of candy treats at work
Exercise: not for tomorrow, for saturday. Take the advice and try and go every day (or at least do something active) every day for 2 weeks.
The other thing I’d add about easing into exercise – do something fun. I need to have music when I run to enjoy it. Or I have my judo. But also don’t push yourself til you wanna die. If you’re hitting a wall, just accept your current limitations and don’t force it til you resent the exercise and don’t want to try again tomorrow. It comes with time.
