Weight:
– I didn’t weigh myself this morning

Food/Snacking:
– I only had 1 snack at work today!
– I had a salad at lunch today. granted, it was loaded with dressing and blue cheese crumbles. but i got to eat it with friends I haven’t seen in forever.
– keeping up with the food journal, except for dinner (cheese, soup, mud pie ice cream, to remember to write it down tomorrow)

Exercise:
– big fat zero.again, though I did have an instance of park far and walk, so maybe that’s a step in the right direction.

Yesterdays goals met?
– met and exceeded the snack at work thing! woo!
– did not make it to the gym. I was feeling super tired.

Issues:
– I discovered today that I can’t eat banana’s on an empty stomach. They make me feel like crap (really weird). At least that’s what I suspect.
– didn’t sleep enough again

Successes: (at least, I think so)

– limited snacking today! But, might just have been a result of a busy work day…
– I *finally* remembered to bring a water bottle to work.

Goals For Tomorrow:
Food: Have no more than 2 delicious delicious servings of candy treats at work
Exercise: just even show up at the gym

If you force yourself to go to the gym every day for 2 weeks, you will get over the hump and you’ll miss it when you don’t go. That’s how it was with me.
