Weight:
-176+ one pound heavier. *sigh*

Food/Snacking:
– I did not have enough time to pack a lunch this morning (I had difficulty trying to motivate myself enough to get out of bed)
– I did manage to resist the temptation of having a shake at potbelly for lunch.
– I had 2 delicious delicious snacks at work today (small baggie of peanut butter m&ms, 2 baggies of lemonheads. apparently, contrary to what I had previously though, hard candy harder to resist than chocolate)

Exercise:
– big fat zero. I didn’t even do the park far and walk in thing. I blame the not going to sleep at a decent hour, and thus not being able to get out of bed thing on this one again. or else, i just blame general lack of motivation. I did pack my gym bag this AM! it just didn’t get used

Yesterdays goals met?
– No, on all fronts. Though, I did have dinner in, so that maybe makes up for not packing my lunch?

Issues:
– I am apparently blaming my jet lag, and the sleeping in thing on everything. Maybe I need to just do the exercise thing in the morning before I do anything else, as I seem ot be somewhat more motivated then.
– There is not a fridge accessable (well, not unless I get up and get moving a lot faster than I normally do) so packing a lunch is not practical

Successes: (at least, I think so)

– I have managed to keep my food journal for 3 consecutive days!
– I said NO to a potbelly milkshake today. Major victory for me.

Goals For Tomorrow:
Food: Have no more than 2 delicious delicious servings of candy treats at work
Exercise: make it to yoga class! (or 30 min of cardio)
