Weight: No change (not surprising, I should probably not weight myself every day.)

Food/Snacking: If you count eating snack food as a meal (i.e. sweet potato fries and apple fritters for lunch), snacking was kept to a minimum, so far…

Exercise: Apple Picking (and some pumpkin hefting…so…mini-arm workout?)

Goal not met: neighborhood walk…though was that really a goal?

Food goal for tomorrow: Pack a lunch.
Food goal for tomorrow: Limit myself to 2 delicious delicious servings of candy treats at work
Exercise goal for tomorrow: 30 minutes of Cardio

Issues:
– Love apple picking, and then the subsequent baking of apple based food stuffs. How will this fit in with new fitness/weight loss goals?
– related to that, I love fall. but it really does inspire me to bake. and i just got a new recipe for pumpkin chocolate chip muffins.
– I’m actually starting to feel my weight now. Like, normally comfortably fitting jeans border on being snug. Who am i kidding, they are snug! i changed into sweat pants the second i got home
