april update

So things have been pretty busy around here lately.

movies:
sin city. perhaps one of the more visually stunning movie’s i’ve seen
in recent times. Just simply amazing. Plot wise, it wasn’t very good.
Like the story was kinda eh. and it was kinda gorey. but not to bad,
because it was like…kinda unreal in its grossness.

fever
pitch. you know me…insane sox fan. though perhaps not as devoted as
some. like, the history of the team doesn’t affect me nearly as badly
as some of the more fanatical. but that’s cuz i don’t know it nearly as
well. like oh yes… i know…but i’m not intimately familiar with it
as others (okay…so perhaps some of you are thinking…take that name
away from her!) but…whatever. fever pitch was only okay. I think it
was little bit not into the obsession with baseball as it could’ve
been. like scratched the surface. (granted he had all the memorabilia
and stuff) but like…you’d think that they would’ve kinda done
something about the oh crap…AGAIN! feeling that hit during the ALCS
and stuff. ya know? oh well.

Cherry Blossoms: went down to the
nation’s capital to check out the cherry blossoms. very pretty. and we
picked a georgeous day to go down.

saw
Maroon 5 perform. was only okay. like, it probably would’ve been better
in a smaller venue. but still good. my friend and i had a blast making
fun…i mean…er…people watching at the concert. first time i’ve
ever been at a concert that i felt old at

swan lake: amazing how
bendy some people are. amazing. also gotta wonder sometimes…as those
guys wearing soem sort of shaping device?

BASEBALL! went to go
see some sox games this week. they won both games…first game was
awesome…we wound up getting seats in the bleachers in the 4th row.
Bronson! awas jogging around right in front of me *sigh* was yelling
random things out. I think he looked up to see who was yelling the
random things.

i was all sad cuz i was like, i can only go to
one of the games because I had class on one of the nights. and even if
i could go, i oculdn’t think of anyone to go with cuz of all the people
i normally go to games with 1) i’d  feel bad making my friend wait
that long for me. 2) they’re not in town/not local or 3) they had class
that night too.

so it turns out, i got home from class and
checked my messages, and got a voicemail from my friend “hey, my
husband just decided last minute that we should go down for thsi
game…we’re about half an hour out.” wha??!?!?! so i was all like.
dangit, class was way closer to the park, i don’t want to go out again.
etc. etc. finally after not getting ahold of either of them. i decided
screw it, just watch at home. then they call back and i get convinced
to go. yeah…like that was hard! haha. and anyway. at the game, i get
a text message..”skipped class and i’m at the game” call the guy back
and am like. well. where you at? and it turned out that he was
like…maybe 10-15 rows in front of me. THE PUNK. haha

and my
parents came out for a visit this past weekend. was nice to see them
again. to juts kinda hang out and stuff. ate so much and i’ve probably
got enough food to last me through the end of finals…

FATTY”S GOTTA GO!! i hate hate HATE david wells.arg That’s right fatty…take a load off.
