Tattoo Snap Rant
Caution, im gonna swear alot…. you’ve been warned.
You know what really pisses me off, like really pisses me off, when some ignorent fuck or cunt comes up to me and see’s some of my tattoo’s or hears me talking about tattoo’s in general and says “your gonna regert those when your older!” or “those arent gonna look so good when your 80” or something along those lines.
First off mind your own fucking business
Secondly when im 80, i’m not really gonna care if my tattoos look like shit, i’m gonna be more concerned about not shitting or pissing myself on a daily bases, or making sure i don’t fall down a set of stairs, or that holy fuck i actually woke up this morning and im not dead.
Third when im old its not like i’m gonna be walking around shirtless showing off my tattoos like i do now, im sure by then my vainity stage of life will have subsided.
Fourthly Mind your own fucking business!
Fithly my tattoos mean something to me, everyone of them, so guess what? There gonna mean something to me when i am 80 too, maybe even more so by then, like reminding me of what a sweet life i lived.
Sixth if i don;t regret them now, i’m not gonna regret them later.
Seventh if i don;t give a shit what ppl think of me now, what makes you think i will when i am 80?
Eight look at the tread ppl are going to now a days, everyones got tattoo’s piercing, body mods etc, when i am 80 ppl arent gonna look at me and go, gross look at that old guy with those worn out saggy tattoos… corretion they 9 time out of 10 are gonna be like, look at that bad ass old guy with those old school tattoos, i bet he lived a pretty interesting, fun, fulfilled life and has a shit ton of cool stories.
Ninth, if you don’t like them, don’t fucking look at them, cause you know what they say about ppl with tattoos right? Their all thugs and gangsters, so if i was some snobby, stuck up cunt rich bitch with a little fucking tea cup chow dog i might be thinking twice before opening my mouth to someone who potentionally might slash your throat! (just using it as a stero type since i was profiled as such anyways)
tenth, MIND YOUR OWN FUCKING BUSINESS!
And thats all i got to say about that.
Rant done.
I have a lot of old guys at the long term care joint – the stories behind a lot of their tattoos are AMAZING. Like war, ex wives that they shouldn’t have married, people they claim to of killed etc. Most of them still flaunt it like they got it; some we have to throw johnny gowns on sometimes because they want to go shirtless to the table (old ladies don’t like that lol) Myself I don’t know

if I could personally get a tattoo – mostly because I don’t know what I would get and it would have to be very important and I’m indecisive like that. BUT I do find them interesting to look at and hear why people got them =)

my first tattoos (wrist tattoos) were not thought out, and are a reminder of something i want to forget. i’ll be going over them eventually. my leg tattoo is “just” a tribal design, no deep personal significance, and I LOVE that tattoo. People tell you that you’ll regret a lot of things in life. Maybe they’re just jealous that you’re not hiding inside the box…

the ones of mine that I regret, are because of poor work, or design and I plan to get them removed this year. But I did WANT all of them. just not how two turned out.lol. I hear the same ****, about how I’m gonna look when I’m 80. guess what?????????? I share your opinion. ****ing people these days.

Randomly reading friend’s entries today and I totally agree with this. I get this all the time, so ****ing annoying. All of my tattoos have meaning to them. When I’m 80, I’m not going to look at the “drooping flowers” on my arm or the “fading, stretched out butterflies” on my leg. I’m going to look at the memories and meanings they stand for and smile because they represent my life.
