Next Round

I am sure most of you guys are pretty sick of here about my book and working out, but alas this is my diary sp there 😛 and for those of you who are also writers and weight loss workout champs like me (serious beast lady Spacelion knows how to rock it better then me) Then this is an entry for you…ish me..lol

I have taken the last 2 months off from working out mainly because writing has been taking priority (which it still does) the juises are flowing like crazy still even after 2 months. i have 1/3 of my book edited and done already, just going along and tweeking the last 13 chapters slowly and sending them off chapter by chapter as i finish them, i had hoped to have another one done this week but ym mom was down visiting and i didnt get much time to work on it, i should be done it by monday thou. I am still holding onto my end of november dead line! I will be done ALL of book 1 by then and be sending it off to the publishers! Then i can get ym ass moving on book 2 again FINALLY! book 2 is where shit really gets fucking epic!

Anyways back to taking 2 months off, i have been able to basicly maintain my weight (been eating…. alright not gonna lie eating alot of crap) but still stuck to eating every 3 hours and 80% healthy and only gained 5 lbs so thats not bad. Gonna do another P90X/Insanity/One on One 90 day hybrid starting monday! Gonna beast it up HARDCORE! Gonna eat better then before, this round will have no midnight snacking (which will make a big difference in toning) abit more protien each day. I wanna get ym body fat % to 8% by christmas! I shall achieve my goal!

1- Multi Vitamins- check

2- Whey Protien Powder- Check

3- Glucamine – Check

4- Creatine- Check

5- Results and Recovery drink- Check

All set to get MAX results. Gonna try and gain a few lbs in the process too, drop fat gain muscle! 170 right now would like to be 175lb with a body fat of maxium 8%… gonna try anyways..lol

Woo!! I see my name haha. Glad to see you’re on the beast wagon again, it’s definitely inspiring to see someone push themselves like you do! Love your little check list too haha. Have to ask – what does glucamine actually do? I’ve seen it mentioned a few times..
