New Training
So i have decided to opt out of ym half marathin training, i thought i could do it without destroying my muscle mass, but its not working out that way, i am still losing weight and i dont want too. I am down to 170lbs now… and i dont want to…lol i am trying to get to 180 now, so long distance running is abit of a negitive for that, so i am keeping ym monday, wednesday, friday P90X weight training, tuesday, thursday, Insanity plyometric cardio workouts, 1 of the easy ones and then one of the hard ones each week. and then Saturday i will either do another insanity workout or jog 5km as fast as i can. Also on my 2 days off as long as the weather is good in the morning i shall do sprint trials and sprint 1km, walk 1 minute sprint 1 km, walk 1 minute sprint 1km and thats it. 3km and thats all. And we will see if this new set up will help me get the result i am seeking.
I have been talking to several ppl who weight train ALOT and some who marathon run and sprint run, and several ppl who have found the happy medium and it seems for what i want i have to be the happy medium, which is fine, cuts a few hours each week out of working out…lol so less is more for now i guess. My eating is still spot on aside from the last few days of cake and chocolate..lol
Aside from that, Dante’s birthday party was good, saddly only Lenneth came cause everyone else’s kids were sick or couldnt make it, alwell he didnt seem to mind..lol I can’t believe in wednesday he will be 1 years old…. its crazy to think. I can’t wait until he’s like 5 thou, seriously im still not much of a fan for babies..lol thou at least i can play with him more now, since we can roll a ball back and forth and i can chase him around and he will run away and try to hide then come out and chase me, its fun.
I am on a weeks holidays, it shall be glorious! working out, writing, daddy baby time, watch some good movies and RE-FUCKING-LAX!

I’m getting a craving for hitting the weights lately.. Can’t wait until the 30 days are over and I can start lifting again 🙂 Do all kids round your area have such cool names? I’ve never heard either name in real life – it’s a shame, they’re actually really cool names. Anyways, enjoy your holidays and good luck with the new training 😀

Oh and a question – how do you manage to eat 4000 calories a day?! Do you eat 3 set heavy meals and a few snacks, or loads of smaller meals set out evenly throughout the day?
