Month 1 Done

Well Yesterday we finished month 1 of Insanity, god damn i love this workout program. Like hells ya. I just did a total (yes i kept track) i burned 13,768 calories in doing just the insanity workouts in month 1. Pretty damn good if i do say so myself. Now thats not included the 200 to 400 calorie average the body continues to burn after a hard workout for the next hour either, nor does that include the jogging and the wight lifting calories i lost aswell…. should have kept track of all that too… Meh to late now. All in all i am pretty happy thus far. I’ve lost 13lbs in month 1 of Insanity also. Only slipped a few times in ym diet (which you have to, or live just isnt as enjoyable) i dont care who you are, once a week or once every 2 weeks you got to give yourself a treat, or whats the point?

insanity sounds awsome, i have probs with p90x, just with things i dont want to do and struggle with, as far as pullups and push ups and stuff…it contains alot of them, not just a few to build strength…i wish i bought insanity instead! p90x seems to be for ppl already in decent shape and i’m not quite there yet…plyo was good though…burn your insanity and send them to meeee! lol

RYN: lol. TRUE. We havn’t booty called since Thanks giving, He knows i’m with someone else now. I just find him bizzar.lol

RYN: Actually, before we met up I was in that 5-10 lb a week weight loss stage. I have started slowing up. I think it’s a will power/time mgmt issue. I just have to work things out, maybe understand what’s causing these cravings and learn to deal with it another way.

Good job with your first month done! I thought I was doing good with 6 pounds gone in a month. 13 sounds extreme, but you’re also doing a much more extreme workout regime. Proud to say my jumping jacks are getting less jiggly, but I still have a ways to go. There are still 9.5 weeks left of the LiveHealthy challenge, so I have some time.

Ryn, Yh it’s a gd idea actually gonna cut down to 2 caffeine drinks a day n drink more water or squash. Will try Gettin variety wiv meals bk, salads n rice etc. Workout I have changed. Will see if it all helps 🙂
