hahaha gotta lot of love on that last entry, and alot of hate… i love hate, give me your hate! I feed off of it, i dry it up and crush it up and snort that shit for my morning perk up! For all of you who defended cheating on the one your suppost to love, kill yourself, that is all.
Anyways in other news, i feel like crap today, been working out hard, been writing like a man mad, been running after Dante, and running ym bag off at work… just tired in ever sense of the word… so today i decided not to work out, just give the old body a day of rest…
Epic news part 2 of Insanity just came out!!!
It looks about 4 times harder!!! Fucking love it, at some point i am going to get it. I am going to finish my last 2 months of P90X/Insanity mix, then rock 2 weeks of month one of Insanity, then 2 week of month 2, and hopefully by then i can afford Ayslum! Also i am going to get the 10 minute trainer for me and Nikki, so on days when we don’t have the time to do a full big workout, we can at leats do something…. its a crazy hard but awesome 10 minute full body workout that doesnt make you better, but helps you maintain what you have.

Wonder if they got caught in some really cold weather – left on a loading dock over night or something. Love how quick our postal system is. Hmm. I’d say plant them and give them a warm sunny window, they can be pretty resiliant. But they do need some heat.
