Far Better Day
Dante slept like normal last night, no problems at all, we put him to bed and he didnt fight us at all, played around for a few minutes and then passed right out. And slept good until 5am, when he woke up to eat, then slept until 7:30am where i got up with him and he has been his normal happy self again. He has gotten in to a bad habit of fighting his diaper changes… he use ot just lay there and not care… now he trys to roll over all the time or kicks his feet and screams…. its like WTF kid. Same as dressing him… weird…
In other good news! i was 179 lbs this morning! Whoot whoot! 21 lbs dead and gone 4 more to go! fucking love it. So if this keeps up 2 more weeks and i should be 175… you know when the last time i was 175? like 6 or 7 years ago…lol And i still have a month of Insanity left…. gonna ahve to up my eating a bit once i hit my goal, so i dont go down much further then that.. i mean if i hit 174 or 173 then whatever, i can gain it back when i do P90X, Once i start doing P90X i wanna go up to around 180 to 185 again anyways, but all muscle this time… no more fat…lol as one of my other favs said the other day about some of their goals “no more jiggily jumping jack!” lol i loved it cause when i first started thats how i felt, now its fine, only my stomach moves abit now, and it wont for long, which makes me smile.
I gotta say i am super proud of myself for sticking with ym diet as well as i have. Last year when i did Insanity and all i lost 18lbs whihc was great but i still are alot of crap. This year i am doing WAY better. I almsot never drink juice anymore, 98% water, I drink WAY less coffee now. My midnight snacking is basicly no more and even when i do its like a handful of grapes instead of a BB&J sandwich or two. My proportions have been alot more proper, and not as big as they were last year either. And my style of cooking has been alot healthier too, just been using different techniques and all. Not to meantion after about 6 or 7pm i stop eating and snacking all together. Last year we still went out every week or so and had dinner somewhere and i wouldn’t always make the best choice…. this year the few times we have gone out i have been sure to make the better choices of food. Drinking water instead of getting a pop, gettign salad or soup instead of fries or onion rings, getting a health sandwich or wrap instead of a burger, things like that. Not to say i wont eat those thigns again but i want to get to where i wanna be first and then be more smarter about it.
Anyways this got longer then i was expecting so i will go for now.

RYN: Thanks for the words of encouragement. 🙂 I know you’re right, and maybe one day I’ll beat this altogether! Anyways, congrats on the little guy! Sounds like he’s already stubborn, lol. Just wait till he’s walking and can actually run away when you’re trying to dress him. *smh*

The rolling around doesn’t stop – once they start eep! I wish I could velcro him to the changing mat sometimes!! LOL I have a special box of toys by his changing mat to distract him just long enough to whip off and stick on, give it a go if you haven’t done so already.

yeah i still eat McDonalds, but I get their spicey Thai salad.mmmmmm I only drink water or tea. with the exception of 1 small Orange juice today for the 1st time in ages. I typicly don’t drink juice or pop. I never use cream or sugar. I also watch my portions as best I can.. and it’s true, the little changes make the differance. I can’t wait till April. ryn – i do have P90X. i’ve done the plyo disc a few times before i started at the gym. it’s harddd ****! not a bad idea though, to do that a few times. i don’t always want to lose 4 lbs a week, that’s a little crazy, just this week..other then that i’m aiming for about 2 or 2.5 …
