coming soon…

So the first paper back version of my book will be in my possession monday! Then i look it over and if all looks good i let them know and within 48 hours it will be up for sale! So for everyone who has been waiting for the paper back version hopefully it will be ready sometime next week! *Excited*

In other news my mom is coming to visit tomorrow for a few days… hopefully that goes well, she has been good the last few times she has been down, but you never know with her.

Tomorrow is also my last day at work for awhile, i am being laid off due to reno’s… not super thrilled by that, but at the same time 2 to 3 months off work doesnt hurt my feelings either 😛 use that time to spend with family, write book 2 and workout! Anyways i need a shower.

nothing wrong with a little holiday, enjoy it!

Thats fantastic, i’d like to read it. Shame about being laid off but like you said some you time wont hurt 🙂 Hope the book sales go well im sure they will. RYN- thanks i always do a long workout on a sunday its the only day a week i do, i usually mainly do cardio for around 80-100mins. But today i just did 60mins and around 40mins toning. I didn’t think it could cause damage, some people run

for like an hour and then do a spinning class which is an hour, i dunno how they do it. Thanks for the advice though i appreciate it.
