Body Fat

So i got my 10lb tub of protien powder finally today, also got a free fat tester with it as a gift. I am sitting at 14% body fat, which is normal for the avergae healthy guy. between 10 and 15% is where men should be to be healthy woman is between 14 and 22%. So i am 172lbs which means i have roughtly 25.5lbs of fat on me… that just sounds gross…lol anyways, in the next 90 days i hope to get myself down to roughtly 8% body fat and stay around 170lbs, meaning 14lbs of fat with a gain of 9.5lbs of lean muscle mass…LOL now this is shooting pretty crazy awesome, and will be hard, but it is completely do-able. Even if i go abit below 170, to 165 or so to get to 8% body fat i will be fine with that, cause i can get the weight back with muscle afterwards.

I just got to be abit stricker with my porportions and snacking. I can do this! I will do this!

Are you using Whey? or Soy? I *love* Whey but I haven’t tried Soy yet. I need to start it again though since I’m back on the diet track myself. You will get to where you want to be, no doubt! =)

ryn – my thoughts exactly! in the middle east there’s bombs and guns and bodies, it’s a daily part of life. but if it happens in north america … i guess that’s what it takes to make ppl realize the seriousness of it all…when it’s our wives and kids and hubands dying..well then ppl take notice and not brush it off like we tend to do when we see it happen over there …

w00t! I’m buying another batch of protein powder this week, along with some bars.. I’m really attempting to eat nearly 100% clean with at the very least 100g of protein – my eating has been good but not perfect (i.e allowing some naughty stuff to come in). Will be interesting to see how my body reacts to 100% goodness! Good luck! Can’t wait to read your progress 😀

22% max for women?! Holy crapple – surely it doesn’t take into account big boobs and butts?! LOL I guess I always knew I was really 2 women!!! HA!
