2 week weigh in plus pics
Well 2 weeks of Insanity and 8 lbs dropped like a bad habit! Whoot Whoot! Making a total of 18 lbs gone in 37 days, damn near keeping up with the half a pound a day average. By golly jee wiz Mr thats just swell! from 200 to 182 No complaints here on the weight loss. Nothing but big smiles 😀 I am offically now at the weight i was when i first finished Insanity last year.. hahaha and we just started week 3, still 6 more weeks to go baby! and i only have 7 more lbs i wanna drop! Can i get a WHOOT WHOOT! So basicly i should in theory be at my goal by the end of week 1 of month 2… now not holding my breath since the weight loss will now start to slow down sinc ei dont have alot fo fat left to burn off, seriously just the last 7lbs on my stomach… stupid bottom bump.. grr i will kill you! Plus i am beginning to build alot of muscle again so that will slow things down abit too, which is fine i know the process.
Now fgor pictures… saddly we forgot how we lined them up and where we stood etc so they are not the “same” so to speak but good enough to notice the differences, and at the end of month 1 we will make sure to line it all up right for better results of the pics. left side old right side new… some decent changes for onyl 2 weeks in and only 8lbs difference.

i ALWAYS feel so much better after working out even when i basically had to talk myself into it and drag myself to the gym to do it. how do you find insanity? i’m not crazy about push ups, i struggle with them. i’d get frustrated and give up on that part prob…is there alot of that in the videos? i like the idea of no equimment required…evan p90x and slim in 6 you need some equipment…

Ryn: you may be right, but it was how he said it. If he had said “lol isn’t that a on person thing” or something I wouldnt have been so upset. But because it does take two of us (it’s not so much my weight that’s the issue but I have a digital scale and I I look down t doesnttake my reading) and because I’m so big, I am kind of trigger happy. I’m just so used to people making fun of me. If youhad said it I wouldn’t have been upset because you kind of know me. I just would have explained it. It’s just so hard sometimes wish I could cu my fat off an b done with it.

Run: I am 378 as of the wee hours of this morning. My haviest was well above 400. Maybe 440, bu I think at one point I was pushing 500. I started charting my weight loss about 20 pounds ago when we first got the scale (I didn’t think it would weigh me at all).

RYN: I try to get some protein in the morning, even if it’s just from yogurt or something, I am very sensitive to carbs first thing in the morning for some reason. Also, you had asked about what I was doing to lose weight, later on this week I am going to make an entry about it 🙂

RYN: Dudee that’s awesome. I gained a pound on last weeks weigh in just because I was sick that entire week and couldn’t work out AT all. I’m back on track though, just weighed myself and lost another two pounds. Two pounds a week is steady for me. I’m on reading break though so no classes for a week. Instead of working out 3 days a week, I’m going to try for at least five.

ryn – when i workout i tend to hold a heartrate of about 160-180…pretty freakin high..i work hard! so i hope you’re right, i’d love to start burning fat after 9 mins as opposed to over 20….
