woots

okay so i was like "you know…. i havent seen the newsies in a long time…." cuz i was absolutely obsessed with that movie when roni would watch it growing up.

so i started looking for it.

and i found out that "due to much demand it was made into a DVD in 2002" and i BOUGHT IT. 2 copies actually, cuz i got one for roni too, cuz i have her for secret santa (even though i had already bought her present but still)

it was only $4 for one and $9 for the other cuz i got some first time shopping deal or whatever. doesnt matter.

in a few days i will be a proud owner of The Newsies. appparently Christian Bale, though being the star of it, hates it. i think just because it was a box-office bomb apparently.

though as soon as it came out on, yes, VHS, sales skyrocketed. and then of course it had enough pressure behind it for the DVD.

but he still hates it. which is sad. cuz he was hot. (not that he isnt now, but i mean, look it up on youtube, the man can SING)

speaking of singing men…. ive been thinking about Matt from HS a lot lately. i pretty sure hes still in Virginia. chris and i were talking about whether either of us have ever had that one person that things didnt work out with and you always kinda wish something more had happened. obviously we dont want someone else, but you know, just kinda wonder what it would have been like if it had amounted to more then what it was. he was always kewl…. and i miss him.

ah well, i have found my prince and he has ridden me off into the sunset!
