Another Home Run

The Marketside Creamy Tomato Bisque hit home. It was hella smooth and dreamy with all sorts of prizes mixed in (basil, bay leaves, etc.). One word: GONE!

Every time I go there, I see new stuff to try. Good! I hope they bring back Creamy Cauliflower Parmesan to that location, too. It’s the second best next to the B&C. I had introduced myself to the CCP a long time ago. I just didn’t know the association.

The Five Cheese pizza was good also. The red sauce wasn’t too sweet like some of the other pizzas I’ve had in the past. I don’t usually buy any pizza with red sauce, but this was an exception in purchasing decision and final result. Thumbs up. It’s gigantic, so I’m still nibbling and picking on it and whatnot.

I have peculiar pizza eating habits. The first few slices always get eaten normally, then I go savage on the rest of it. There’s no rhyme or reason in the consumption method after those initial pieces. Rip the cheese off the top here, tear myself a “slice” there, decrust a small section over yonder. Whatever.

I intend to get the stuffed crust whenever I’m finished with this one.

Today I had to face the fact that what I’ve been doing hasn’t been working. I either feel uncomfortable doing 80% of the tasks, or Barnum & Bailey type stuff happens, or I feel the silent winds of disapproval, lmao. I still do some of those tasks here and there, but it never goes well for long. If it’s not the pickup location it’s the drop-off location that’s questionable. Guh! So I know it will need to cease altogether eventually.

I switched over to a different task last night. I wasn’t really ready to get back into it quite yet, but it beat the circus, I guess. I did two tasks, and they were like night and day. First pax was silent except during their “human GPS outbursts”. Second pax was chatty and chill. Everyone’s energy is different.

Chatters make the trips go faster and sometimes even help you discover hidden truths within yourself. You reveal things you wouldn’t normally admit to a non-stranger (nothing bad or unsavory). Human GPS’s make you want to stop your vehicle abruptly and offer them a nice breath of fresh air, lmao. You help them anyway because they need it, and you try not to take the things personally.

Most stuff in this life isn’t personal. It’s simply an “energy clash.” Other stuff is personal, but it is not your problem.

How’d I feel about the alternative task? Meh. I’m still going to need to mix things up a bit until it becomes completely necessary to drop the food stuffs altogether. But I’m weaning and taking tiny steps toward going full alternative, lmao.

Meanwhile, I can find creative ways to express my loyalties and intentions and let people know where they lie.

Those loyalties and intentions aren’t going to change just because I have a good day or even a great day. So please LAWD let me have a good day, lol.
