This should be interesting. Right now I am on the 7th floor of a hotel staring across at other really tall buildings. I’m up north for a conference and I don’t really want to be here. I am by myself and don’t know anybody here at all. I have family not that far away (probably no more than 10 miles away), but I didn’t tell them I was going to be up in this part of the state.

I was actually asked by my local OEA office to be the delegate for our area, which is really kinds cool. They either think really highly of me, or thought no one else would ay ‘yes.’

At the moment I am killing time until a session I am actually interested in. I know I will need to go back and report on this to my local OEA/BC group, but I am going to take sessions of interest to me.

I probably should go get ready – need to be professional and all. ~ack
