good advice. Personally I don’t eat junk food ( or very rarely) and eat healthy….its been an ongoing issue for years so i guess you could call it a lifetime of fitness. Except for one thing…I don’t get quite as much exercise as I once did. Fitness is about more than food, and even more than exercise, its also about attitude. Keep up the good work Dan, hugsP

PS — by the way, I would suggest, if you want to keep bees, to start out with more than one hive – two or three at the least. Queen bees are rather fragile and you sometimes lose them or they aren’t able to lay good brood. If you have more than one hive, you can exchange brood and eggs and the bees will raise a new queen if they don’t have a good one.
