Redbuds Blooming (R)

One Day at a Time

Considerably warmer today.  The redbud trees are blooming with characteristic purple flowers (I guess "purplebud" doesn’t sound as good, so that’s why they didn’t name it that)..

Second day in a row of a 30 minute run.  I wasn’t going to run since I figured a 30 minute run was slightly overdoing it yesterday considering my lack of running recently, but my dad suggested I should, so I did.  One of the few pieces of advice he’s given me that I have heeded, LOL.  But yeah, I knew what I should be doing, it just took someone else, objectively saying so, to get me into gear.
