One Day at a Time

Modest run compared to before. But not too shabby for having taken 3 weeks off (but of course I wasn’t running very regularly even before that). Warm. Very warm. Humidity is on the rise today after being very dry yesterday. Pace was slightly faster than my last run, three weeks ago.

I’m happy about it. Happy about this run. I mean, I could be like some people who couldn’t even run a half mile or a mile, right? But I made it over two.

Maybe I can start running at night after work (like I used to do in late Spring, Summer, and early fall of last year), now that it is fairly mild at night and not freezing cold.
