Dial Soap

One Day at a Time

One of my readers suggested I try using Dial soap to wash my face. Well, I have been . . . for about a week or two now. I’ve been acne free for a week. I know it works. Despite all the stress I’ve been under and the hair gel I’ve been using daily (the one I mentioned about that is a moisturizer but has coconut oil in it, does wonders for my hair, reduces frizz, etc, but I know it was contributing to breakouts on my forehead), I still haven’t had any major breakouts. Yes, there’s always minor redness in random areas. Just my skin tone I suppose. But no zits. It’s a miracle. I haven’t been washing with it twice a day, only once a day. I just can’t seem to find the time to do it twice a day since I hate washing my face over the sink, will only do in shower. But it works. I don’t know how it work, but it works. Why all the need to market expensive face washes if Dial soap works? Plain old Dial soap. Geez. Now, I haven’t sweated massively in a few days, so maybe that’s part of it (after a run or workout) but even before then it had cleared up nicely. Also, with all the stress I’ve been under, and still no breakouts . . . maybe it IS a myth that stress contributes to acne. I think it’s the other way around for me . . . acne causes stress, LOL.
