another day

I had the day off today.  I took Isaac to work at the butt crack of dawn then went back to bed until about 10:30 when the dogs woke me up.  I spent the day doing laundry and playing with the puppies and watching movies.  I may get to see Isaac tonight.  He’s packing for drill this weekend so I’m letting him finish up before I think about heading over there.

I may take another nap before then too.  

We’ve sort of said love but not really.  I asked him what he’d do if I told him that I love him.  He said he wouldn’t shun me…WTF, what???  He laughed and said that he was joking.  He just didn’t know how to react.  He isn’t ready to say those words.  Like me, every time he’s said those words it’s ended in disaster.  We’ll see.

He’s promised to get me something to wear for him that’s not his tags.  I love his tags and I have no intention of giving them back and he knows that but let’s face it.  Tags are sort of obnoxious and clash with any outfit you wear.  Plus the chain is so long that it goes between my boobs and draws attention down no matter what shirt I wear.  So he’s told me he’s getting me something else.  His clues are 1) Silver and 2) Necklace…. yeah, he’s good at the Clue Game.  And a 3rd clue but not clue, I gave him a budget of $50 max.  Haha.  So we’ll see.  He said he has to make it through the weekend first.  I don’t know that he’s gotten it yet.  Hm. I guess I’ll have to let you know when he gives it to me. ^_^
