Rocket

I can’t say my 4th of July was very exciting.  Actually, it was quite uneventful and boring.  Nobody was in town and those that were were too busy with other things.  So yeah… I just watched some World Cup soccer and the Cards game on TV.  I decided to have my own little BBQ in my kitchen and made some hot dogs and burgers.  I’ll eat the rest for lunch today =0P  And of course, my hot dogs were half burnt.  Sweeeet.  Just the way they should be. 

My backup utility showed up today.  My computer is dying… a very slow death.  I expected it to start having trouble at some point, especially since it is a refurb, but I’ve been impressed just how long it has survived without major issue.  I got a backup so that I won’t lose any of my data in case it does decide to crap out on me.  The monitor I got from the old P&TS office did die on me, however.  I’ve been running off of a laptop monitor… and it’s been quite annoying.  But oh well… at least I can still USE the computer. 

There’s no work today, but tomorrow the guys and I are going to go finish Hinkson Creek… and we’re probably going to be out for about 10 hours.  I’ll definitely be sure to bring along a lot of sunscreen this time.  I found some SPF 60.  I had no idea they even made an SPF that high!  Maybe it’ll actually make my skin more pale than it already is.
