NoJoMo #27 – Thankfulness

Todays challenge is to come up with 50 things I am thankful for and although I know I can come up with that many I don’t think I will have the time to write them all out.  Having a toddler running around, I don’t get much uninterrupted time and I have to still get ready for brunch with Nathan’s parents this morning.

1.  I am greatful for the joy the Lord has restored in my heart.

2.  I have a beautiful little boy who gives me so much love and joy and it love watching him grow and learn.

3.  I never thought I would find someone who would truly love me and I did last year in Nathan.

4.  My parents are truly wonderful people who have been there for me helping me heal and rise up above all that happened to me.

5.  My brother and his family are there for me and my son and just a lot of fun to hang out with.

6. A loving sister and her precious daughter who love me and is always there listening and being supportive.

7. Friends and distant family who love me and accept me.

8.  Annie aka Morrigu and her family for loving me even when I am not in my right mind.  Never judging me but always loving me and being supportive and always there to listen and talk to.  I love you woman!

9. Nathan’s family love Kyle and I and have accepted us with open loving arms into their family.

10.  My folks welcoming Nathan into the family and loving him too.

11. I am finally living in a home again and not in an apartment with horrible neighbors.

12.  finding this home and being able to move in without any problems

13. finding a job in a good fun workplace where I am appreciated and really enjoy what I do.

20.  finding wines to taste and try out.

21.  having a dvr to record shows to watch at my leisure or when lil dude is napping or in bed for the night.

22.  having two computers at home so we aren’t fighting over one.

23.  those precious snuggles and hugs I get from my son

24. the snuggles and cuddles with my man, nathan

25.  being able to buy a new digital camera for the hoilidays!!!

26,  getting a brand new phone that is so loaded with fun stuff and going online and txting.

27.  being able to give my old phone to my brother so that he and his wife can each have their own.

28.  getting this new computer and being able to turn around and give my other one that was only a year and a half old to my brother’s family when they didn’t have even one working computer.

29.  scented candles making my home smell lovely.

40.  That my folks and brother and sister and their families all live up here in the boise, ID area.

41.  being with someone who enjoys me trying out new foods and new recipes and cookingnot just the same ole same ole stuff.

42.  feeling loved and appreciated finally.

43.  no longer crying on a daily basis, my tears are so much fewer or are those of joy.

48.  bubble baths that are refreshing and soothing.

49.  music is so theraputic and fun

50.  being able to say that I love myself and like the person I am now.

Ok so I did it.  I made it to 50 but it took an hour between the interruptions with my son.  I had to sit and watch some sponge bob and make chocolate milk and kiss his boo boo when he tripped over his toy on the ground.

Now I have to get ready for the brunch and try to convince my 23mos old that he shouldn’t wear his elephant slippers all day but wear his sneakers.  this could be interesting.
