Transparency

Saying "please" and "thank you" don’t make you any more generous than saying "Phantom of the Opera" makes you an opera star.

That said, if you feel gratitude, you are more likely to say please and thank you.

There certainly are a lot of fake people and manipulation going on in this world. Unfortunately, not all of the manipulation is by "fake" people.

Where do you cross the line between being interesting and enigmatic to being impenetrable and manipulative. For that matter, where do you cross the line between being transparent and honest to being self-righteous and blunt.
