The Explanation

Some of you were curious as to how these photo/paintings were made. It’s a plain photo and then using one of the programs like paint shop or photoshop, I start to exaggerate the colors and sometimes add or take away things. In this one I added slightly to the palm fronds and the waves of the sea.You can’t see it here but I also added to the people on the boat, just high lighting them so they stood out more.

I use one of the brushes or airbrushes and then control the amount of opacity, flow and whether the brush is a hard brush, oil, splatter, sponge brush and so on….

This one is a little less "painted" looking than the previous ones but still took some time and was quite fun and challenging.
