Girl on the Move

Well it’s settled.  I will be moving to Lethbridge as of March 1st.  I put in my notice at the daycare today and my last day of work will be the 27th of February.  Sad as this may seem, but as of right now, I’m going to work on getting a transfer through blockbuster because it seems as though it is the easiest and most guaranteed job that I can get.  Once I get down there, then I will work on for the end of March, and no later, to have a job at one of the daycares that I have looked at.  As much as I love my children at Panda, I would rather be happy then not all I can be when working with the children.  The children deserve the best, and so do I.  They will so easily let Nomi go for not getting along with a staff member in her room, whom arent even on the same side of the room, but it takes a bloody arm and a leg for her to let go of the only staff in the cetner who is verbally and physically hurtful to the children whom I work with on the same side with and cannot get along with.  Trust me.  I effing tried.  But I’m not going to let her use "She’s had a hard life" as a damn excuse anymore.  We all had hard lives, and shes not the only one who has been sexually abused for heaven’s sake.  It does not mean shes allowed to bully the children.  And I think Pam is wrong for keeping her on as staff knowing that she verbally and physically hurts the children.  So I’m getting out.  I’m gonna start new.  In Lehtbridge.  With old familiar faces that I miss.  I miss karaoke with Jen.  I miss being silly with Jen and Al.  I miss the inflatable boobs with Jen, and the mud masks, and the sleepovers.  And the acting like were 7 years old again; only now were are more likely to be intoxicated as well.  LOL.  I’m done.  And now i just have to get through the next 2 weeks without anyone changing my mind.

Jen, we will probably be down on Sunday now. 

Now I must go finish my lunch and go back to my very own personal hell hole called the Toddler’s Room.
