Everything Happens for A Reason

When it comes to guys, keep it light, don’t get too involved, don’t get too hurt.  Because if you’re never someone girlfriend, you can never be someone’s ex-girlfriend right?  People say everything happens for a reason.  these people are usually women.  And these women, are usually sorting through a break-up.  It seems that men can get out of a relationship without even a good-bye.  But apparently women have to either get married…  or learn something.  Why are we in such a rush to move from confused to Confucius?  Do we search for lessons to lessen the pain? 

is this where im supossed to turn my back, cry a tear and walk away? before i do, a word to you, you should know, know you’ve made a big mistake…why when where how who what made you go off an do this crazy thing?

When you’re young, you’re whole life is about the pursuit of fun.  Then you grow up and learn to be cautious.  You could break a bone, or a heart.  You look before you leap and sometimes you don’t leap at all…  because there’s not always someone there to catch you.  And in life, there’s no safety net.  When did it stop being fun, and start being scary?  I’ve decided it’s time to leave fear behind and have some fun. 

Well, paths crossed once again, and I know I’ll hear it form friends, "I told ya so" coz we shouldn’t have crossed paths.  Promises were made, promises were broken.  It’s just like old times.  And boy let me tell  ya, they weren’t fun.  But ya live, ya learn…  And what better way to learn than to learn from mistakes right?  I will stand fierce this time.  I will stand my ground. 

Now to face the sharks tomorrow….
