I dare you to explain your actions.
Cold and cruel, they don’t make sense.
Attempt to defend your absurd accusations
and elucidate what you are so against.

I dare you to admit you’re wrong.
Deep down inside you know the truth.
Lies can only prevail for so long.
Eventually the facts get through.

I dare you to reconcile,
apologize, evince regret.
But your stubbornness is too precepting,
