Day 11, Devotion.

Devotion is what God asks of us, amongst other things.  I suck a lot at devotion, even more than I suck at acting like a Christian most days.  It’s called devotion because you have to work on it, you have to let it consume you.  And I blow at that.  But, luckily, I’m not required to be perfect.  When it comes to summing up the message I’ve found in the Bible, I think Hard Rock said it best with their slogan "Love All, Serve All".  If you’re going to use the Bible to make a point, take the whole thing into account.  Don’t find the one verse to accentuate your point and warp it out of context. 

Is all of that as incoherent as it seems?
