Where is my motivation?
Another day looking at my “daily schedule”..Jesus..how will I ever reach my goals if I am so unmotivated every morning and can’t manage to wake up early. to go exercise and be ready to study. How can I push myself to where I want to be.
Write down 3 things (something you can finish in a reasonable time) you absolutely do not want to deal with in a given day, and do it today. Do the same tomorrow, day after tomorrow,……, your system is set. It works for me 🙂
