Month One
So, it’s been one month since surgery and I just thought I would update about how it’s going.
I really like the band. I can tell I need a fill because that “starving” feeling is creeping back between meals and late at night. That hungry, light-headed, heart-pounding feeling is what made it so difficult to lose weight before the band. I hope the first fill helps me, but I know it can take some time.
I weigh every morning, and am going to include the chart of my weight loss. If my weight stayed exactly the same, which it did for a couple weeks, I didn’t record the weight. It took some serious motivation to break out of that plateau.
