Finally updating! lol

So yeah…things have been a little crazy since my last entry…

-I went to TX and had a wonderful time! I really didn’t want to leave. Tom and I hit it off, I got my first tattoo, a butterfly on my left foot. I met his parents and they really liked me 🙂

-Good news…Tom and I were able to work it out and he will be coming to Columbus for 6 days in January! We have a hotel and I am picking him up at the airport Wednesday January 19th!

-Things with Chad and I are definitely over. He is in love with his gf and her daughter. He went back again to TX in November and met the kid. Then his gf is coming here Dec 29th to visit her sister and see Chad. I still have feelings for him, hell its been 10 yrs, but after a reality check when I did a little snooping (which I am not proud of) I have realized, there is really nothing there between us anymore.

-We just work as roomates, pretend to be happy couple around family and exist and take care of the pups.

-My mom by a miracle of god, got a call November 30th, about a kidney!!!! On December 1, 2010, she had a kidney transplant. We are all still reeling from the wonderful news and early x-mas present. We are so thankful to the family and the person that gave their organs which has saved my mom’s life. She is 3 weeks out and doing pretty well. We are so blessed:)

-I finished up school. Not as I wanted, but with Mom’s transplant occuring during finals, I gave up on Anatomy. I passed Nurse’s Aide training with flying colors!

-I also am taking a break due to lack of money. However I have signed up for a self study course in Forensic Document Examination and am really looking forward to it.

-So for 2011, I have set some goals….Concentrate on writing, get healthy and try new things.
