Biggest Loser 2010 Week 6 and 7
Week 6: Wasn’t able to go
Week 7: Gained 3.4lbs…back to the beginning. Its all my fault. The combo of snow and no gym and tempted by donuts and cookies at work has let me only cheat myself. Hoping to turn things around and get in the gym at least 3 days a week.
It’s just a setback hon you can get back on track *hugz*
