My Body Can’t Make It’s Mind Up!

My menopause….monsterpause as I call it!…. is really playing me up again today as it has for the past 3 previous days.

Normal things like bloating, headaches, mood swings etc.

I’m at work wearing a thick fleece jacket and fake-fur mittens and am absolutely freezing cold!

I want to eat something so I had a bacon baguette for lunch but I also DON’T want to eat anything!

I’m guzzling a can of Monster Ultra and scoffing strong over the counter pain killers to try to ease it!

I’ve tried Menopace and other such things over the years, prescribed and OTC

and they do absolutely NOTHIHNG for me whatsoever!

I’m seriously thinking of bringing in my hot water bottle tomorrow so

I can hug it at my desk, under my fleece!
