The Plan
wake up at 6.00am every morning. – Have a cup of water with a lemon squeezed in it.
Do some pilates resitance and 20 minutes of intrevals on exercise bike then straight after dance your butt off to 5 songs. Have shower then mousterize with pure coconut oil…..
7.00 am Breakfast
Porridge with no fat milk , banana + sum honey. green tea or coffee.
10.00 am Snack 1
piece of fruit & small handful of nuts
12.00 Lunch
80 g chicken breat with 125 g brown basmati rice and veggies
3.00 Snack 2
Carrot sticks + 2 dried dates
5.00 Snack 3
2 boiled eggs.
7.00 Dinner
Tuna rice salad. consisting of a 185 g can of tuna , 125 g of brown basmati rice, tomatoes, lettuce, cucmber.
Drink water throughout the day.

5:30? I wish I could do that, I’m so incredibly NOT a morning person. Especially during the winter when it’s dark so late. As long as you like those foods well enough that you won’t be going crazy after a week, it sounds like a great plan! Good luck!
