Day 7

Today was good. Had breakfast. Nectarine as a snack. Normal Chicken Lunch and then  Tuna, betetroot and onion salad for dinner. i did my 20 min bike interval workout and sweated bucket loads! which i just love to see. tomorrow is my first official weigh in day! so excited!
