Day 1*

 

11am
I woke up at 6am did the pilates then bike intervals. I didn’t do the dancing because hadn’t put any on the computer where i do my exercises. So i am now uploading a heap of songs to listen while im cycling and then to dance afterwoods. So everything is going just about as i have planned. I then had a shower and my breakfast. Did some reading. Im going through New Moon faster than i had hoped. Woke up my son cuddled then fed him breakfast and then dropped him at kinda. Came home. I was pretty tired and wanted a nap but convince myself otherwise and made myself a cup of coffee and read some more. I have to many things to do be wasting my day dozing. Did some chores the had my snack. In around 1 hour i am due for lunch.
– I would like to push my self harder during my bike intervals tomorrow. I know it will take a time for my body to adjust to everything. I just can’t wait to see a change.
-Im still debating whether or not i should take sat & sun off for exercise. or should i keep everything consistent?

So far i have drunk around 1 lt of water.

9pm
Everything went as planned except for snack #3. I skipped it since i was out.
glad i didn’t have that nap earlier. gonna go get ready for bed now.
