Why does Margo have a duck?

Today was such a bizarre night. And yet I didn’t do anything. Paul, Eric, and I just sat around in Mitch’s room and watched him do his homework.

Yes, that’s right. We watched someone else do their homework. Sad, right? Nope, a lot of fun. The three of us talked about doughnuts (and washers and bolts), how to wear a baseball cap, and eating 350 White Castle burgers, read The Onion (El Cebollo), watched Mike and his friends wander around drunk and stoned, and enjoyed the trance music.

I’m caught up in all of my subjects. This weekend I’ll have to read for Journalism (45 pages about “The Simpsons?” Hmm, I think I can do it!) and African, and probably do a worksheet/workbook activity in Spanish. I’ll probably do all of that on Saturday after the game. Emily will be with Ben, Paul and Eric are going home, and Mitch will be at work. Maybe I’ll go visit Kat or Molly or Marissa. Or see what Amber’s doing. I’ll probably hit The Den and SERF. And then on Sunday, I can be a big, lazy bum. 🙂 How FUN!

And tomorrow, after 4 lectures (aih!), is going to be dinner with Mitch, his mom, and Margo (I’m assuming she’ll be there, since it’s after her swim meet). Oh, and maybe his dad? I don’t know. That’ll be fun, though. I don’t know what the heck we’re doing after that. Aaron might come up, Ben’ll be here, Mike’s got a friend staying for the weekend. SO MANY PEOPLE! 🙂 But that’s college.

Bedtime. I’m wiped.

lol im surprised u werent told this story yet. the neighbor girls down the street’s dog started to chase after this duck and started attacking it and so everyone started running after it, and then realized the duck had something wrong with its wing & thats why it didnt just fly away.So of course, the Long family is going to keep it until they get him “fixed”. live well, and doubt not.<3Erin
