Pink cookies in Val’s basement
It’s been a really good day. My mom picked up my new mouthpiece, I got mail from U of M (Michigan), and all sorts of fun stuff.
After waking up to an odd “Golden Girls” moment (don’t ask), I bummed around until 2. After having my usual “nothing-I-put-on-looks-good” moment of the day (only went through 7 outfits today!), I called up Val. Kim was over, and they came and picked me up. We went to Farm ‘n’ Fleet and laughed at the cat toys. Val took my picture with a stuffed carrot. And we looked at glittery horse shampoo (wtf??). After that, we headed to Target. We ended up getting Cat a Baskin Robbins Ice Cream Cake Maker. I bought myself the Ice Cream Maker. 🙂 I’ve wanted one of those FOREVER! 🙂 Very happy. Then Val and I played with the Game Boy Advanced. Duuuuuuuuude! That rules! We played a MarioKart game. I did the steering, she did the power. 🙂 Went through Elizabeth’s line, then went back to Val’s.
We didn’t have all the stuff for the cookies, so once Jill got there, she and Kim went to Sentry. Val and I made the dough while we waited for the chocolate chips and the half and half (the half and half was for my ice cream maker). We tinted the dough pink. 🙂 Kim wanted me to. We added the chocolate when the girls got back and I made chocolate ice cream. We watched SNL. It was an awesome Christmas episode, with Whitney Houston as the musical guest and Rosie O’Donnell and Penny Marshall as the hosts. A good Mary Katherine Gallagher skit. And the four of us talked about how much we love Christmas music. I love it, even though I don’t celebrate it. Jill said something about how fall is her favorite season. I couldn’t agree more with her. I’m definitely a fan of spring and summer, but there’s just this FEELING in the fall air. Do you all know what I mean? It makes me so happy. It’s one of my “I-can’t-describe-this-feeling-I-just-feel-it” feelings. And it makes me so, so, so, so happy. I could almost cry of happiness. 🙂 I love my sweaters…:) Never mind. 🙂
Anyway, we went to Palmer around 5:30 and there were a lot of people there. Cat, Matt (Z and H), Christine, Elizabeth, Vince, Tyler, Dan (1 and 2), Jay, Myra, Andrea, Aubrey, Sara, Katie, Paul, Val, Chris, Ani, Kim, and Jill. It was a really, really great party. THANK YOU, CAT! It also made me think. I met Corey at Cat’s birthday party last year. 🙂 It’ll be a year I’ve known him on the 9th of this month. How weird.
At the party, Vince was Godzilla (and crushed “Tokyo”), Elizabeth did a striptease, Cat played with her cat toy, Sara, Christine, and I did log rolling, Chris and Myra tried to destroy the “exercise bar” with a rubber mallet, Jay TRIED to take his clothes off, Sara and I protected Christine from Matt, the three of us protected Elizabeth from Paul, I had a Barbie arm in my pocket, Aubrey burned the Barbie torso and leg, Jay made a torch, and then…Jeff arrived with the video camera!
I asked Dan 1 his opinion on the Smurfs, taped the Ambigiously Gay duo (with multiple blow jobs), Jeff got stuck on the slide, and I screamed at him for new batteries.
But I forgot to start recording for a few seconds after the new battery was put in. So Matt pulling into the parking lot, “hitting” Jeff, and Sara riding on his car are not on the tape! NO! 🙂 Oh well.
We went to Tyler’s afterwards. Val and I dragged Chris with us in her car and listened to the CD I burned for her. Mainly Smurfs, Mortal Kombat, Hey Dude, and Fat Lip. Blasted it. In a major way. 🙂 At Tyler’s, it ended up being Vince, Tyler, Cat, Matt (Z and H), Elizabeth, Val, Ani, Sara, Jeff, Myra, Jay, Dan (1), and me. Vince made me a “boy”, then punched a hole in Tyler’s wall with the boxing gloves. Jay announced he was our prostitute. Christine and I made plans for C-Spine tomorrow (!!!!). Then Chris, Sara, and I went for a walk. We walked all the way to Adams (that’s a pretty good distance, since Tyler lives on the corner of Sinclair and Court). I do not know what to say to him. Sara and I just tried to listen. And be there for him in whatever we could. The walk back to Tyler’s was fun, though. We talked about goofy things. It was good. 🙂
Back at Tyler’s, Val and Ani had left and Mitch showed up. Everyone else had made a porn in our absence. 🙂 Whatever! We hung around, listened to a really cool CD, watched the tape from the party, and played with “my pussy”, the one that conquered the world (where did that come from?? I don’t remember it!). Mitch and I took Chris home at 11, then we went to his house. It was a really, really great two hours. Erin was over, with Margo, and the four of us watched MTV for awhile and talked. Then his parents came home and they just sort of joined in. Mitch walked Erin home, then Margo went to bed, so it was the four “adults” (we’re as close as we’ll ever get 🙂 ) for another hour or so. Just a nice, relaxing way to end the evening…a nice feeling of “acceptance.” 🙂
I’d told him earlier (at Tyler’s, just before I’d gone to Jeff’s to get some batteries) that I wanted to talk. Mitch didn’t remember till about 12:30. It was too late by then. I mean, we’ll talk about it sometime, maybe (hopefully) tomorrow? But I had to by home at 1, and half an hour was not enough time to talk about it. I hope I didn’t scare him. It’s not bad stuff. Not really. It’s just what Rachel and I talked about last night (my “past” issue and the things I want to know) and another question I really need to know the answer to (well, geez, it’s not life and death, but…:) You know me, I’m silly). So we’ll have to talk sooner or later.
C-Spine tomorrow! ROCK ON!
