Madison

Today was, simply put, a good day.

I met a lot of new people today – Kevin, Ethan, Sonja, Grethe, Eric’s cousin, Lindsay, Kristen, Ben Stein (I’m serious!).

I learned how to play “President’s Asshole” (is that what it was called?)

I just finished eating some wonderful Babcock ice cream (one of the bazillion WONDERFUL things about Mad-town!).

We found 605!!

I did all my homework (aww, aren’t I a NERD?).

Mitch and I are going to see JUSTIN tomorrow!

State Street was funny tonight (“I hope he doesn’t land on that…biker.”).

It was good. 🙂

I have a semi-long day tomorrow (if sitting through 4 lectures is semi-long, which I don’t think it is). African at 11, Journalism at 12:05, Zoology at 1:20, and Spanish at 2:25. The only thing I could possibly have homework for is Spanish (I don’t consider the reading for African and Journalism homework because it’s more like “free” reading, if you know what I mean). There’s no homework for Zoo, ever. 🙂 How cool is that? So I’ll try to get the Spanish done on Friday (but that might not be so easy…I mean, it IS Friday night) or I’ll do it on the bus home on Saturday after the game. Yup, FOOTBALL GAME on Saturday! I’m going with Eric, Ben, and Paul. After that, I’m taking the bus home for the night (or maybe just for a few hours, it all depends). I need to do some laundry (don’t ask) and there’s a binder I left at home that’s REALLY important. It has “mi carpeta” from Spanish 4/5 and I could really use that as reference material. I also need my knee braces, straws, my pen cup, an ice pack, better headphones, and 3M hooks. If I stay overnight, I’ll probably also hit the 1 hour photo. I haven’t seen one up here yet, the only one I saw was a 2 to 3 day place. I’m too impatient. 🙂 Wow, my typing is bad tonight.

::winks::

Okay, kiddies, that’s all for tonight. Jenni’s way too tired to continue talking to this thing. Off to brush my teeth, pop out my contacts, set the ol’ alarm, and head off into dreamland.

Catch you on the flip side!

Ya know, before I was always like “Madison? No way…” and I don’t really know exactly why I felt that way. But now I have actually been thinking of transfering like, next year or something. Not because I don’t like Eau-Claire, but because I would really, REALLY like to be closer to home…and I think there’s a lot more to do in Madison. But who knows what will happen… ~Lindsay
